Buying a vehicle at Shoreline CDJR is exactly how a vehicle purchase should be. I bought a 2025 Ram 2500, Mike was my salesman, he helped me get a great deal, then also went above and beyond after the sale. Over the last 6 months i have been to a few dealers ready to buy, only to be met with hidden price hikes and insulting trade offers. Not the case with the crew at Shoreline. You could tell the moment you walked in the door that the whole crew had a positive attitude and were ready to help out.

I was hit head on while driving my RAM truck to work on 1/21/2025. The truck went airborne, landed on its side and was totaled. My wife so startled couldn’t sleep that night. She went on her iPad and found a very nice RAM at Shoreline. We contacted Shoreline and set a time to meet. As soon as we got there Mike Tacinelli introduced himself, gave us the keys and said take it for a test drive see ya when you get back. I was practically sold just with that lol. Truck is beautiful, ran fabulous and decision was made. Thank you Mike, finance and everyone involved. Mike you made me and my wife Nancy feel like we knew each other for a while. This dealership is impressive. Everyone I delt with was nice, helpful and professional. We actually did a lot of details over the phone. I live out of town so that was very convenient. The next day I went to the dealership, Mike answered my questions going over everything step by step for me. I finalized everything and in no time I was off and driving my awesome Jeep. My jeep looked brand new and they even gave me a full tank of gas right before I left! I highly recommend Shoreline CDJR. Ask for Mike, and tell him Cheryl sent you!

I normally don't write these, but since the service was so outstanding I wanted to thank the dealership and my sales person Mike Tacinelli. Was searching for a new truck for my kid and was about to drive over 5 hours out of state to get one when we found one here. From the first interaction to signing the paperwork to the call the next day checking in making sure everything was going good for us was amazing.
