Josh and Kayla were very responsive to my inquiry about the 2023 Ford F150 Raptor. They were patient with my many questions and seeking a Car Fax report as well as the window sticker. When I arrived to see the truck, Josh had it ready and under cover (it was pouring rain). When I returned from taking it for a ride we talked about what it would take to close the deal on my trade. It wasn't a long, drawn out process like other dealers, we came to a very fair deal with the manager. An hour later after working with the finance person, I was driving my new Raptor home! GREAT DEALSHIP-GREAT SALESPERSON. We searched for our vehicle and we unable to find what we wanted. We expanded the search to 100 miles and found exactly what we were looking for, but it was in CT. We travelled from Massachusetts, looked at the car, took a test drive, and made a very fair deal. The deal was hassle free and Oleg was a fantastic salesperson! Kayla was great initially putting us in touch. The staff were all very professional and friendly. Within 4 hours we viewed the car, took it for a ride, agreed on a fair deal, completed all paperwork (including MA INS transfer), and left in our perfectly detailed car! I highly recommend this dealership, the car buying process was so easy from start to finish. I began my search for a a Jeep Wrangler online using their websites chat feature. Kayla was very helpful and she connected me with Jacob in sales. That afternoon my husband and I were able to test drive the vehicle we had been interested in. I can’t say enough positive things about Jacob, he was knowledgeable, helpful and honest. The process was so smooth and we picked up our Wrangler the next day! Best part was that we picked it up with a FULL tank of gas, you don’t see that kind of customer service anymore. Shoreline CDJR will definitely get our business again.

Hello, I was in a head on collision with a flat bed tow truck the end of Nov.Thank goodness we were driving a JEEP. My car was totaled so I went to Maverick Motors in Old Saybrook. Because they are a Jeep dealer and the Jeep Trail Hawk saved our Lives. I was so impressed with Kayla and her knowledge on Jeeps with in 24 hours we had another Trail Hawk. Tom gave us great advice and Ellery were the men who helped me seal the deal. They all made a horrible experience so smooth and easy.
